These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pak222 ("pak222", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pak222 online gaming platform, accessible at https://pak222.cam, and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered thereon.

During account registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and update this information to keep it accurate at all times.
Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
pak222 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. The standard KYC documentation required includes, but may not be limited to:
pak222 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC/AML obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in the suspension of the relevant account function, including withdrawal processing.
pak222 operates with awareness of anti-money laundering obligations. Where transaction patterns are inconsistent with normal player activity, pak222 may request source-of-funds documentation. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawal processing suspended pending investigation. pak222 will co-operate with legitimate law enforcement requests in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
pak222 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pak222 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak222 support immediately via the live chat or email channel. pak222 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate password security or have shared your credentials with a third party.
pak222 recommends using a unique, strong password not shared with any other platform, and enabling any available two-factor authentication features on your account.
pak222 presents information about payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided as informational context only. None of these institutions or services endorse, facilitate or are affiliated with pak222 or online gambling transactions. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to the current operator cashier, individual provider terms, applicable fees, applicable transaction limits and each user's own banking relationship.
You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to a third party will be returned and may result in account suspension.

Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation. Where a chargeback is deemed fraudulent, pak222 reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed funds and to report the matter to relevant fraud prevention authorities.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible game categories, time limits and any minimum odds restrictions are specified in the individual promotion terms. Until a wagering requirement is fully satisfied, bonus-derived winnings are not eligible for withdrawal.
pak222 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it identifies patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing bets solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the platform; using hedging strategies across accounts; and exploiting obvious platform or pricing errors.
Bonus figures presented in PKR on promotional materials are illustrative and subject to the precise terms of the specific offer. pak222 does not guarantee specific PKR bonus values independent of the current promotional terms, which may be updated from time to time.
The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the pak222 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately and should be reviewed before placing each wager.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from pak222.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak222 excludes all liability for:
